 God IS calling YOU to be involved in the life of an orphan! With this third area of our ministry we are going to offer ways in which each family can respond to God’s demand to touch the life of an orphan. If you have ever visited an orphanage, you know why God is COMMANDING us to care for the orphans. With over 143 million orphans in the world, the reality is that not every child will be adopted. The future outcome for the life of an orphan is grim. We need to offer hope to those who will be raised in the orphanage.
Our Goal: Show God’s love to orphaned children and their caregivers
How can I help with this area of the program?
1. PRAYER
2. Letters and/or care packages to caregivers & children
3. Participate in humanitarian projects offered by this ministry
4. Go on a mission’s trip to an orphanage
5. Provide education for caregivers regarding child care, attachment and early childhood development
6. Assistance with provisions

Mission Trip Information
 The HOPE Adoption and Orphan Ministry is planning a mission trip to assist an orphanage in a third world country. The mission trip is tentatively planned for July 2009. The HOPE ministry team continues to seek God’s guidance as to where we can help. The team currently feels God leading them to Sri Lanka, however, we would appreciate your prayers for guidance with this plan.
